The Mothers Guild was founded on April 14th, 1928 with six women. The purpose of the Mothers Guild was to provide relief and promote the general welfare of aged mothers, in the City of Columbus,Ohio.
The Guild was Incorporated in april 1931, and had an Active Membership of 400.
This a Great Find for what the women of America did during one of our Country's Toughest times. This is a nice piece of Americana from the 40's.

Condition: The cover on the edge of the spine has a small tear about a 1/4'. The 138 pages are in good condition without marks or writings. There is a Dedication from a mother to Dolly from 1944 on the inside of the back cover.
