BOY AND GIRL TRAMPS OF AMERICA, MINEHAN, HOBO, 1934 1ST EDITION
Boy and Girl Tramps of America. By Thomas Minehan. Illustrated with photographs by the Author. Farrar and Rinehart Incorporated, New York, 1934. First Edition.
The story of young children living homeless, on the road and on the rails that shook the nation in the 1930's. Reprinted by the Library of Americana in 1976 but now out of print. This is the first edition from 1934.
The book is solid, tight and in good condition with tanning to the pages but no rips or tears. There is a pencil notation and a small owners sticker to the front attached end paper. The green cloth covers are faded at the spine and a half inch in on the cover (see photo). They have some rubbing. Still a nice complete copy of this very rare item.
The book will be carefully packaged and shipped USPS Insured.
